The link-in-bio business runs on squeezing creators. We built this so we don’t have to. Here’s what we hold ourselves to — in writing.
No fingerprinting, ever.
We never store IP addresses, user-agent strings, or device fingerprints. Sessions are counted per browser tab — and we label them that way instead of calling them “unique visitors”.
Your numbers are yours.
Every export is free: your full profile and analytics as JSON, and every analytics dataset as CSV. No export paywall, no data hostage.
Honest metrics only.
Every number on your insights page says what it actually measures. We’d rather show you a smaller true number than a bigger flattering one.
Hidden, never locked.
If we haven’t built a feature, you won’t see it. We don’t decorate your editor with padlocks designed to make free feel broken.
Humane enforcement.
If a page breaks the rules, we warn first and explain. Takedowns show a neutral placeholder — not a public shaming wall — and the owner always keeps login access and their data export, with a path to appeal.
